Harriet Wigod
Harriet Wigod’s passion for jewelry began at a very young age. At the age of seven, Harriet was exposed to jewelry, precious stones and diamonds by her father at their family jewelry store. From then on, she developed a love for jewelry that she would not be able to ignore.
Harriet attended Arizona State for Finance and soon after graduating, she pursued the jewelry industry full-time. In 1992, she began a 12-year career as a Jewelry Sales Associate at Neiman Marcus. Harriet grew a very loyal client base that appreciated her knowledge, honesty, taste, attention to detail and tenacity. She was so successful in sales that she was honored as part of the Neiman Marcus million-dollar club every year. While at Neiman Marcus, Harriet was able to refine her skills as a jeweler and she became inspired to establish her own business. Her talent for selling, repairing and discovering jewelry would lead to the fulfillment of a dream.
Continuing in the family tradition, in 2005 Harrcourt Jewels Inc. was established with support from family, friends, clients and vendors. A native of Chicago, Harriet has enjoyed working with top clients and jewelers all over the world. Over the years she has earned a reputation as a well-respected family jeweler. Today, Harriet brings more than 20 years of knowledge to a client meeting. Many of Harriet’s customers have been with her since her first year at Neiman Marcus. Her very first sale was a watch to a faithful client who still works with Harrcourt Jewels today! It is important to Harriet to create a lasting relationship with each client, and their families, to help them celebrate anniversaries, engagements, birthdays, and holidays - in Harrcourt fashion.
Lori Schlossberg
Lori Schlossberg began working with Harrcourt Jewels in 2007. Her friendship with Harriet started as children and has carried over into a successful business partnership today. With a degree in Communications and Public Relations, from the University of Illinois Chicago, Lori works as a Sales Associate and Marketing Coordinator at Harrcourt Jewels.
Lori first worked as a colleague of Harriet’s at Neiman Marcus for three years in the designer jewelry department and precious jewelry department. During her time at Neiman Marcus, she gained a vast knowledge in custom design, designer jewelry and precious stones. Lori’s warmth and caring nature puts people at ease, even when it’s an anxious groom selecting his engagement ring. Lori enjoys making lasting connections with her clients and sharing Harrcourt’s precious stones, diamonds and extraordinary jewels.
